Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What brands are excluded from discount codes?

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How can I get free shipping?

All orders of $100 or more ship for free! Please Note: Merchandise subtotal must be $100 or greater after any discounts are applied and before tax or shipping are added into the grand total. You will be able to see the shipping cost before finalizing your order. *Sales Tax will be applied to all orders shipping to the state of Georgia.

Which products do not qualify for free shipping?

Although we would like to provide free shipping for all items, unfortunately, heavy and oversized products are currently ineligible for free shipping due to carrier pricing constraints.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our store in Suwanee, GA, USA.

Can you delay my shipment?

We're unable to delay shipping on our orders. If you absolutely cannot have a package arrive so soon, please contact us and we'll help you figure out the best date for you to place your order and have it arrive on or near the date you need. 

Items shipping directly from the vendor/artist and items on backorder will take longer, and this time frame is noted on the item page and throughout checkout. We’ll let you know if you’ve chosen one of these items before you pay for your order. 

When calculating your shipping time please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; the first full day that the package is “in transit” is when you should start calculating the business days.

PO Boxes & US Territories

PO Box addresses:

We're happy to ship your order to a PO Box!* Orders shipping to PO Boxes may initially be sent via FedEx but final delivery will be made by USPS. Please choose Economy, Standard, or Preferred shipping when shipping to a PO Box. Faster shipping options are not available.

*Certain customized items are not eligible to ship to PO Boxes and must be shipped to a physical address. If you've ordered a customized item that is ineligible for PO Box shipping, you will be notified via email by our Custom Orders Team.
